Summary: The people downstairs, who live there year round, are absolutely amazing people! The place was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time fishing off the docks and that was a lot fun. The neighborhood is so peaceful, clean and stunning views. Our only downside was that the back door was left open, upon arrival, and it was over 100 degrees in the place. Took forever to cool off. I guess the housekeepers left it open. Im pregnant, so I had to hang out in the water and shade until it cooled off enough in there. Definitely will be back!

Summary: Nice property, enjoyed our stay. They fall short in some minor ways, door lock with ten digit code problematic, no ice, ice maker or ice trays, ac thermostat programming difficult, ladies bike kickstand needed repair, no kleenix, tv too small, broken clothes rod in entry closet, poorly equipped kitchen, Master bathroom sink very slow drain. Positives were cleanliness, furnishings, bedding, towels, location. Could not get a straight answer on boat dock from VRBO or Vacasa. All these or minor issues and if addressed it would be a great property!

Summary: The location of this place is great. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the place though but I think this is something they can work on. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and wish we would've had time to ride the bikes around the neighborhood. Oh and my son loved that it had a Battleship board game to play.

Summary: I'm giving this place 5 stars based on what they are asking - yes, it was clean, yes the listing was accurate, etc. It was difficult getting in - the key code was 10 digits long. Not a big deal. There wasn't anything wrong with the place... it was just kind of "vanilla" compared to what we are used to in vacation rental properties. There wasn't anything that felt special or personal about the space at all. For most, that is fine. We stay at spots like this though so it won't feel like a hotel. The quality of linens was poor...a hotel would have been more comfortable in this case - especially at this price. I don't feel it was a good value for the money.

Summary: Cute little condo on the water. Neighborhood was nice and we felt safe there. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the birds. We did have a little trouble reaching the property manager when we need them and the condo could’ve used a more thorough cleaning. But all in all we enjoyed our stay.
