Summary: This condo was very clean and well decorated. It was very well stocked with condiments. The view from the balcony was perfect and the location couldn’t get much better. The boat slip was convenient and just a short ride to the gulf. We caught our limit each day that we scalloped and our ten year old granddaughter had the time of her life with this being her first time scalloping. We were able to walk a few yards to Who Dats where the food was great and the staff were friendly. We could also hear the karaoke at night coming from there which was pretty entertaining. We had a good view of some fireworks and all of the neighbors were really friendly. We will definitely rent again next year.

Summary: We wanted somewhere with a boat slip for a scalloping trip and this place delivered! spacious condo right next to a boat ramp and slips/condo are so close to the mouth of the river. Not very noise insulated from other tenants, but not the end of the world. Contactless check in and cleaning sprays in condo were welcome in this era of covid.
