Summary: Home was as advertised. Enjoyed our stay very much. Only negative would be your limitation of outside enjoyment around the property due to high concentration of mosquitoes but everything else was spot on.

Location is perfect, nestled amidst breathtaking natural beauty this cottage is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Summary: There are a lot of cottages to rent in the Tobermory area, and there are many good ones, but this one is one of the best (especially for the price). The property is immaculate and has a lot to offer. If you want a rustic cottage, this isn't for you; this is a top-of-the-line luxury. From the gorgeous great room to the beautiful kitchens and bathrooms, the upper floor walk-out deck with a raised hot tub and amazing views! The sunsets are not to be missed, beyond amazing; there is really nothing better than being on vacation in Tobermory with your friends and family while watching a glorious sunset from a raised hot tub, inside the screened gazebo. Really very nice. kayaks and paddle boards were a tonne of fun. There's a shipwreck right around the corner of the cottage. If the water is calm you can get out there and snorkel. Check-in was simple, everything was taken care of. We will definitely be looking to stay there again but with more people, the place is huge! If you are in Tobermory you must visit flower pot island and the grotto, just make sure to book the grotto parking well in advance or you won't get in. Thanks again for the stay, I can't say enough about how great this property is.

Summary: We had a very enjoyable stay at this place. The house is very well stocked for anything you may need, very clean and with a beautiful view of the lake. It also came with private docks and owners let us use the kayaks. The whole family and kids had a lot of fun taking the kayaks to little islands around and explore. The house itself is only about 20 mins from the Grotto and other attractions. The host was very communicative and prompt. Any issues those aroused during the stay were promptly addressed and resolved. Really can't not say enough about the pleasant stay. The only issue we encountered was one of the rooms are without the door and other room has 2 beds and not 3 as listed.

Summary: Overall this is a great place to go and relax. Not a place to have some parties as the place is so quiet. The only complaint we have is that basement level gets too cold if the main floor temperature is around 23 Celsius. Again, we really enjoyed it and would definitely come again.
