Completely renovated & tastefully decorated top floor waterfront condo with boat slip (slip #11) overlooking Smith Mountain Lake in Stripers Landing Community in Moneta, Virginia. Amenities include Junior Olympic Pool, Kitty Pool, Boat Launch, Slip & Gated Boat Storage, Covered Picnic Area with grills, Free Wifi thru HOA, Basketball, Tennis Courts & laundry facility (extra charge to use laundry). Convenient to Westlake and Halesford Bridge shopping/dining plus less than a 5 minute drive for quick groceries , gas & Smith Mountain Lake State Park (beaches). This unit offers a Queen Size Bed (sleeps 2) and pull-out sofa (sleeps 2), ONLY 2 Adults allowed per county regulations, kitchen (no oven/cooktop but has microwave, air fryer & hot plate plus grills outside), new wall mounted Smart TV, dining table with 4 chairs plus your own private patio to enjoy the lake view. Unit was renovated in October 2017 with a new tile shower, flooring, paint, countertops, toilet, etc. New Heat Pump (Heating & A/C installed in August 2018). New blinds installed April 2021! This is a studio style condo, open floor plan (392 sq ft) . Top Floor condo, no elevator so there will be steps. Pool is closed for the season.

Summary: This was a great condo that made for a great couple of days. It was easy to access and had amazing views, and we enjoyed the amenities. Some things to remember could also be in the listing: the sofa/pullout bed is in the living/room deck area, while the "primary" bed is in the back towards the parking lot. Both beds are less comfortable and would associate with what you expect for pullout type/simple frame beds and mattresses. It was fine for a few nights and simple enough if you've got one or two kids in tow. There is also no working stove; they graciously provided an air fryer and microwave. There are few food/breakfast options, so stop for groceries at Krogers to have some staples on hand, as it will take 15 minutes to return. The Dollar General down the street is also stocked with some grocery items. I recommend renting a boat for the day, as we did, and enjoying the lake. I pulled up to the docks in front of the condo for a 15-minute family bio break, and you can access the ice machine to refresh coolers. Overall, it was a very nice experience to get acquainted with Smith Mountain Lake.

Summary: The location was beautiful. The owner responded quickly. Just a few things that I was not completely satisfied with was the tv and cable. It only has about 17 channels mostly sports and news. So at night couldn’t relax and watch a movie or anything. Also, It kind of had a smell of pet in the condo. Other than that everything was great 😊

Summary: The condo was everything we were expecting and more. The condo was very clean, and plenty of household essentials were provided. The wifi was not great but the owner let us know that could be a possibility. Will book again if we ever come back!

Summary: I love going to SML and was fortunate enough to find this cute, comfy, convenient place to stay for the weekend! It was also a quiet and peaceful place. The owner has done some nice updates to the place. She is also very responsive.

Summary: Very cute small condo. Everything is as listed and we had a nice weekend get away. The only complaint I have is that the railing on the balcony is not stable at all it's very flimsy and loose. Would be very cautious to have small children out there or to even lean on the railing. Other than that shower was a little tight but do-able! Thank you
