Summary: My wife and I worked a few days and then vacationed from this rental. There was a desk available and plenty of room for the two of us. It was perfect for the week. The inside has been nicely updated and is well decorated. The outside is functional and would benefit from some updates such as shade and a table. The rental was well stocked and had everything we needed. We had no problem hosting some friends for dinner. The location was great. There are two nice restaurants just up the street. There is also a series of parks within feet of the rental. We were able to do a 6 mile hike from the rental to the intercoastal all within woods/trails. I hope we can make it back next year.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had all the amenities you could want. Owners very easy to work with. Very clean, spacious layout, big screen TV's, large quartz countertops, etc, Very quiet neignborhood. As a bonus, down the street is 250 acre Oster Creek environmental park with great walking trails. Plan on revisiting next year.

Summary: We were in town due to the death of my stepfather and to help my mom move into an assisted living facility. We needed a place for a couple of days that was close by. The house was clean, easy to access, and had ample space. Tammy communicated in a timely manner. The best part was that we were within walking distance of Farlow's on the Water, the #1-rated restaurant in Englewood, and for good reason. The food atmosphere and service were fantastic. I will definitely look at this house in the future when visiting Mom.
