Summary: My family and I stayed here to celebrate my brother in law's wedding. Absolutely lovely house with everything the family would need! Gorgeous kitchen, plenty of beds, a sizeable yard, hammock chairs for relaxing, and half a dozen kayaks available for use. Check in and check out directions were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend.

Summary: Large house with multiple rooms - good for us as were traveling with 2 families with 3 teenagers. The basement was loaded with arcade games , pool and table tennis . Garage is filled with kayaking equipment. The entrance leads to stairs to main house on the first floor. The basement of the house is not connected with an indoor stairs and access is through the garage . This however provided a private entrance to the basement with kitchenette and a small bathroom. The towels were clean but worn out. Overall a good experience.

Summary: My family and I came in for my FIL’s 80th birthday. We LOVED the location and had the best time. Danny was very responsive and the house had everything we could possibly need and more. Would highly recommend this rental can’t wait to book it again.

Summary: All the kids and young adults enjoyed the amenities of the property even with our short stay. There was a lingering faint musty smell in the downstairs area. Was nice that the downstairs was completely separate to separate the adults from the teenagers. The stairs are pretty tricky though - had a few people in our group slip. Would also be better if the downstairs kitchen was more functional - broken microwave, didn't check if the stove worked (looked iffy) and no refrigerator.

Summary: My family and I stayed here for a quick scallop trip in August 2022. There was plenty of room for everybody and the house was very clean. The deck was very nice and the kids enjoyed the swings. The only issue we had, and it’s just personal preference, was too many neighbors. Overall, great place to stay.
