Summary: An incredibly unique experience perfect for a solo traveler... fantastic location above the water, you fall asleep at night to the sound of the tide below. The cabin was thoughtfully appointed and had everything I needed for the week. Other reviews helped me know what to expect and let me enjoy an amazing week on the pier!

Summary: Start to finish, my stay at David’s cabin was wonderful. It’s about as picture perfect a place as could be. The location can’t be beat. I’d return for another stay in a heartbeat.

Summary: An amazing little cabin over high tide! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David's cottage and can't wait to return. It was our first time spending an entire week in ptown and we absolutely loved being in the center of it all. The cottage was as described and perfect for us. A warning: there's nowhere to hide so don't take a new companion- if you're traveling with someone I hope you are very comfortable with each other.

Summary: Amazing shack. Yes it’s tiny living. But you’re ON the water and you have your own outdoor living room. Jumping off the pier at high tide was SWEET. The place is well appointed and spotless. It may not be for everyone but it was definitely for us. If David will have us, we’ll be back!

Summary: This place is literally right on the water! It was so relaxing sitting on the deck in my jammies in the morning drinking coffee. The perfect size cottage for 1 or 2 people. Everything was spotless. Thank you David for a great vacation get-away place!

Summary: This is a slice if heaven. The cabin is perfect. It has all the amenities needed and it is so relaxing sitting on the wharf and swimming during the day before hitting the street to enjoy the shops, restaurants and bars. We will miss waking up to the sound of the waves until be can make it back again
