The Space:
Sunrise and sunset can both be enjoyed from the most amazingly perfect waterfront dock (Note: dock may be seasonal, and pulled after Labor Day). On breezy cool afternoons, you may prefer the living room with massive oversized picture windows to watch all the boats come in at days end. This home is perfectly located on the Nauset cove and estuary.
Inside you’ll find a galley kitchen, two bedrooms, a queen bed in one and 2-twins in the other, a wood fireplace in the living well equipped galley kitchen and an updated bathroom. Stay cool and connected with A/C units in both bedrooms and wifi and satellite to enjoy on your flat screen TV.

Put your boat in at Town Cove and pick up your guests for a day trip to anywhere! Enjoy use of our kayaks, canoes or skiff or bring your paddleboard or fishing poles to explore the area (available through October). We are centrally located near shopping, bay and ocean beaches, bike trails, art galleries, theatres, great restaurants, and the Cape Cod Institute and Cape Cod Symposia.

The entire property sleeps 23 and is fantastic for a large family offering plenty of open space as well as private space if needed. Pets are always welcome on leash and even have their own dog run on the property(just make sure to supervise and clean up after).

Summary: We enjoyed our stay along with our pup. Nice deck to have morning coffee. Kitchen has a good selection of pots, pans and dishes to make wonderful meals. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: This is our second time at this location in Eastham. We really love the views of the water at breakfast time on the deck with our dogs. The only concern we had was entering the house. (#418 Foremast) The front stairs were pitched and made it difficult to safely get in or out, (especially with dogs on leash). It needs to be fixed and leveled so you can easily enter or exit. Other than that, we sure love it here. Would definitely recommend to friends. 🙂

Summary: The house is right on the waters edge- you couldn't get any closer unless you took a canoe into the ocean 😉 The deck is perfect for morning coffee, wine at sunset & everything in between. The house itself is cute, small but efficient. The fridge & stove are apt/efficiency size so plan accordingly if you're going to cook dinners etc. It worked for us for a (3) girls weekend getaway as we cooked dinner both nights but worth noting. The house is dated which is somewhat typical for the area. Nothing different than what the pictures represent. The game room is in a separate building on the property which we didn't use so can't speak to that. Easy check in. Good communication. Stayed in off season - very quiet & relaxing.

Summary: Relaxing location on water to enjoy the Cape. Although the rental was a property on route 6, our spot as on the water with a house in back of us. No real road travel to disturb our sleep. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was adequate for use but stove burners did not work well-needs to be replaced. Same replacement need with older fridge. There were 3 different types of shades in one bedroom-really? And one was completely broken and unusable. Maintenance guy who came to deal with issues was top notch! Would love to rent this spot again after problems are addressed with some paint, repairs, and updates.

Summary: We love the place! A couple minor things could be done to the rental to make it even better like replacing rusty bathroom curtain hooks and shower caddy. But overall we loved it! Great location and we loved the kayak rentals. We will likely bring our own life vests next time but they do have some you can use.

Summary: It would be hard to find a more beautiful setting. It is as wonderful as it looks in the photos. The house was very clean and the staff was friendly. It is only several minutes to the National Seashore Headquarters in Eastham and there are numerous beaches on both the Atlantic and bay side to visit. Orleans has many restaurants: we recommend Sir Crickets for the best beer batter fish and chips. We bought lobster and cooked it ourselves at the cottage. The secret for getting the lobster pot out of the cabinet is to turn it on its side!
