Note From November to March larger boats can’t be launched from property due to Al Power dropping water levels. Kayaks and maybe a flat bottom would be fine.
You'll enjoy time fishing and being with your family in our comfortable home located on Paradise Point in Cedar Bluff. Our home is situated on one of the best level and shady lots in a great neighborhood.
With three comfortable bedrooms and two clean baths you can comfortably sleep six.
Outside - The level shady lot is suitable for all ages. We have outdoor dining on the covered back porch and picnic table at water, a park style charcoal BBQ grill, excellent boat ramp, horse-shoes, lots of shade trees, and a fire pit, situated on a lot just under an acre. Enjoy swimming between the sea wall and the dock as there is a good bottom and swim ladders to get up on the dock. From April to December the water is approximately 12' deep at the end of the dock and 3' deep at the sea wall. Launch your boat from the ramp on property and leave it moored under the covered dock for easy access during your stay. The kids and grandpa can easily fish from the sea wall when you aren't on your boat. The water on this cove is a great depth for enjoying tubing with the kids. The fire pit is near the water and there are many outdoor chairs you can use. Located at the end of a culdesac, this hometown neighborhood is safe and relaxing. The neighbor's gentle small dog will likely swing by and visit, especially when you're cooking hamburgers!
Inside -
This mobile home, turned permanent home over time, has all new appliances, washer dryer, tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms, laminate floors throughout, a new central AC unit and a spacious back covered porch. There is a porcelain bathtub for the kids in one bathroom and a stand up shower in the master bath. one king bed, one queen bed and two twin beds are all comfortable with great sheets and pillows. With a card table as the indoor dining table you can play spades and Yahtzee for hours in comfort. A leather couch and chair comfortably seats 4. There is basic Direct TV. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates/cups, Mr. Coffee coffee pot, and a microwave. There is one blow dryer.
Due to unpredictable pet behavior at a new property, pets are not allowed. However, you can contact owner for potential pet arrangements for long term stays (greater than one month).

Summary: We loved our stay there, the view was amazing, eating & setting on back porch with the lake view was great , fires in pit with smores, grilling, & fishing with family was all great! Very clean & had everything we needed!

Summary: The house was great. The road leading to the house is mediocre. We understand why the gravel is safer, cheaper, etc but long 6 minutes to drive. Also, not much to do nearby. Loved the privacy and fishing but wished there was more activity nearby. Overall, average vacation but property/home were above average in every way! Thanks for sharing this out of the way getaway!!!

Summary: PROS... The property owners were great. They quickly responded to any questions we had. The AC cools really well, which was needed as temps were in 90s during our stay. The water was nice and hot. The king bed a pleasant surprise and the master bath has a large spa tub. CONS... No wifi. You need a mobile hotspot which I do not have access to. The jets on the spa tub do not work. After a long day, I was looking forward to a relaxing spa bath. The Keurig coffee maker was so dirty on the outside and had dried coffee in the overflow trough. The silverware drawer is dirty. I washed everything before using. Before I could make coffee, I had to clean the pot. There also were a lot of cobwebs in the corners of rooms and one end table had a large cobweb hanging from it. OVERALL... The house looks nothing like the pictures. It looks like it may be in the middle of a remodel. It could be a great property with a some tender loving care. We were disappointed in t

Summary: So glad we chose this property! It was a good size house and lovely view. There was everything you need including dishes, towels, washer and dryer, etc. I thought the view was just breathtaking. We fished and swam off the dock. Very quiet and peaceful place. Great communication with the owner. I absolutely highly recommend!!

Summary: i really enjoyed the place will come back the only back thing i could come up with i wish the fishing would have been better . but that is mother natures plans no control over that . you take what the weather gives you but over all it was just great will choose dates closer to spawning season next year thank you very enjoyable.
