2 Bedroom House in Kingsland

This Hawaiian themed lake house is located in the Texas Hill Country on beautiful constant level Lake LBJ. It has it's own boat dock and plenty of open waterfront with gorgeous views. Located at Rio Vista Resort and RV Park, it includes resort amenities such as pool (open March until the end of October), hot tub, and more!
The master bedroom is toward the front of the house, it is large, with plenty of space. There is a den area across the hall from the master, it has a bunk bed. The third bedroom is in the back of the house. It is very large, and has a king size bed as well as 2 bunk beds. All of the furniture in the bedrooms is new and very nice. The 3 bunk beds in this house are able to sleep 3 guests each, 2 on the bottom and one on top.
You will have access to the entire house, minus one storage closet. There is room to park several cars or boat trailers. Also included is a private boat dock to use during your stay.
Rio Vista Resort staff is always available in the office or by phone. The phone number is (325) 388-6331.

All of our houses have access to all the amenities located at the resort, which include a swimming pool (open March until the end of October), hot tub, mini golf course, ping pong table, boat ramp, playground, and more. Summary: We had good access to the lake. If we’d had our own boat or had rented one, the dock could use some work. It was ok to sit on and relax. The house was well supplied with bed linens, typical bath items and well supplied kitchen. However the kitchen had no towels or pot holders. We enjoyed the pool at the resort and had it mostly to just our extended family of 13. Overall we had a good time.

Summary: Enjoyed overall, home needed some repairs. Ceiling leaked, contacted maintenance nothing done. Interacted with resort staff, front office staff mid aged woman was nice, older woman could have been friendlier. My family was questioned when we entered pool by “maintenance man and his wife” if we were staying at resort. Most definitely because of our brown skin. Neighbors not too friendly.

Summary: The pictures did not match what was on Vrbo. There was not a dishwasher(it stated there was), the grill was disgusting we actually had to go out and buy grilling utensils - a brush, spatula, etc. and deep clean it before we used it, it was a trailer park, not a resort, it stated a fenced in yard, there was a fence, but it only covered one side, stated pet friendly but really wasn’t our dogs had a very difficult time with the uneven stairs outside and the “yard” was full of feces. Will never be staying at this “resort” again. Price for this place is set way too high.

Summary: The location was great the house was right on the water with a private dock. The house was clean and spacious but you can tell it looks like they are in the middle of renovations. The bathroom in the hall was in poor repair. Other than that it was a nice stay, the furnishings were nice as well. Neighborhood was very quiet.

Summary: My family and I had a great time!! The only drawbacks we had were stairs leading down to the dock. They were hard for the seniors to go up and down. The bunk beds were shaky and squeaky, and some of the appliances were not clean. But we still enjoyed our stay!! 🙂
