There are wonderful neighbors on both sides. Please make sure that you respect them and keep all noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
The beach and waterpark are a quick walk from the house. Parking is across the street in the waterpark.
Guests must be quiet after 10pm. We have full time neighbors and we must show them respect.

Summary: I dont want to start with the property. I want to start with Kim and how amazing she is as a host. She went above and beyond! From ordering a blender before we arrived to meet our dietary needs to giving great restaurant suggestions! So helpful. This property is a prime location for children with family, easy walking access to a kid friendly beach with flat sandy bottoms is great. The waterpark / amusement park across the street really seals the deal. You wont do much better than this property if travelling to the jersey shore in summer.

Summary: Our race car crew and driver stayed there. Had everything they needed. Crew really liked it and went down to the beach. They were hoping to enjoy the waterpark, but the bad weather kept it closed all week.

Summary: I had 6 of my old Marine buddies stay with me here so we could do striper fishing in the bay. Kimberly was a great host and we couldnt ask for a better place to do it. We will be back to do it again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much! The layout of the house was perfect for a multi-family getaway. The second living room was great for the kids to have their own space with TV. It was a short walk to the beach and we appreciated the host’s kind manner and responsiveness!

Summary: This was a great fit for my family as we gathered for Christmas. Plenty of space for everyone to not feel crowded but still together. Kimberly was very responsive and we had a lovely time. I would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Summary: The property itself was pretty and appeared clean except dor candy left in the hallway. Everything went downhill in terms of cleanliness when I encountered a mouse in the laundry room.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the hoise. The house is large enough for 8 private and 10 total guest. If you plan to use water park it is a great location. Otherwise the water park is just across the street and sometimes it is very noisy. The beach that is closest to the house is ok. There are several nice beaches if you are willing to travel 40 minutes. Parkiong is Only street parking. The house does not have driveway or garage. The two complementary parkings were not available as I was informed on the day of arrival. We had four cars, so it was not easy to find parking. You are not supposed to block parking in front of the house using cones, as told by police . There were enough supplies of linnens, towels, soap, paper products etc.
