Positive: Gorgeous property with easy access to York city centre, even by bus (about 30 mins by bus or 20 by car). Also situated near the North Moors which we really enjoyed, and overlooks some lovely fields. We loved our stay here.

Positive: Great location. Very clean and comfortable with everything you could need. Lovely relaxing place to stay with outdoor seating too. Friendly owners. Easy parking.

Negative: It would have been a bonus to have an upstairs loo but that's just because we have old knees.

Positive: Everything you need facility wise in the cottage. You can hear the traffic from the bedroom, but I did get accustomed after the first night. It is very handy for commuting to other places, and bus stops are very near, the bus service is also good we used it to go to York rather than driving.

Negative: Nothing to dislike really. Just bring your own tea, coffee, sugar and milk, there are a few sachets of coffee and a few teabags, but no milk or sugar, just an advisory.
