Summary: Nice property. Family really liked the condo layout (kitchen, bedrooms, large sectional / lounger in living room, 2 bathrooms). Would stay here again. Aside from a few minor maintenance issues (sticky doors, shower hard to turn on, front screen door and latch needs replacement), this was a great place to stay that was about 30-40 minutes or so from some good beaches.

Summary: We open the door just to see a beautiful big immaculately clean condo with open floor plan that smelled so great. The Vibes in the unit we're so comforting, Walking through the condo made us realize the owners thought of everything we need to make our stay more comfortable. Even if we forgot to bring our toothbrush it was provide, the best feeling ever. Washer & dryer in the unit made it easy. All the towels and amenities we need to go to the beach were there. The refrigerator was filled with cold waters , snacks on the table, and the best tasting coffee was provided at owners expense. The owners were so kind, generous, and compassionate, they answered their phone at any time of the day or night. There is 2 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms with 3 big screen T V's in the unit. It's very well lit with vaulted ceilings and skylights. The couches are extremely comfortable with electric recliners. The beds were the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in, the pillows were not soft or hard they were just perfect. Everything has been thought out so perfectly for anyone going on vacation. Very big unit and cozy. Walk to shopping, gas station ,wallgreens, Newport Richie downtown area with all the restaurants and bars. I would recommend it to anybody that wants enjoy their vacation in Florida. Had a little problem with the keyless door entrance but I rang the doorbell ,the owners spoke to me through the ring doorbell immediately and took me step-by-step on how to open the door. We cannot thank owners enough for there hospitality and making our stay so wonderful.

Summary: The unit is large and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all the basics but is sparse if you plan to cook much. The reclining sofa is so comfortable after a long day. The bathrooms are basic. The exterior lighting is very poor especially troublesome when arriving at night. This property requires a fair bit of maintenance. When required someone was available to assist us quickly.

Summary: Everything went really well. There was a slight problem with the password and TV set up which Maria came over within 10 and straightened out. Unit was clean and quiet. Served our purposes well. Would stay there again.
