Summary: 4 girlfriends who traveled from Midwest for yearly NASCAR trip. First time to Daytona area. This is a fabulous location the house was perfect. The only thing I would suggest to owner is I did not like walking on the floors and my feet or socks got dirty. Scrubbing the floors and not just wet mopping is needed. Everything else else was great.

Summary: Michelle was really good at responding to messages. Prompt, professional, and helpful. The size of the property was excellent. I can not express how great the location was to shopping, dining, and grocery store. We had tournaments in New Smyrna but went to Daytona for activities for the kids. It was right in the middle of where we needed to be and where we wanted to go. The back yard was great. Then TV outdoors was really nice to have too.The only complaint I would make is we did see a few bugs.

Summary: Good Morning; My husband and his Family from Louisiana stayed and went to the races at the speedway. Everyone was comfortable but he did want me to point out to you that there were a lot of German Roaches throughout the house and a wasp nest at the from door. He said a bigger garbage can in the kitchen would have been nice.

Summary: Everything about this place was wonderful! It was well furnished, clean, beautiful location in great neighborhood and was the perfect place for us to stay to watch our grandson graduate high school. Will definitely stay here again when in Daytona.

Summary: This house was great! Plenty of square footage for our large family to spread out. Great backyard with a beautiful view. The host is super easy to work with and quick to respond to any communication. I would definitely recommend this listing and book with them again!!
