Go up the stairs to enjoy the Large Master Bedroom with a King Bed. Loft off of this with a futon for extra sleeping! Go up another flight of stairs to get to the private loft with a Queen Bed. Waterville Estates provides indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis, and pickleball courts for added leisure. In excellent condition, this home ensures a comfortable retreat.
