Welcome to the ideal year-round vacation spot! Lots of fun activities at the club house! This large home is part of Waterville Estates in Campton, NH. Located in the White Mountains, this contemporary house has a spacious open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and large windows with beautiful wooded views. Sliding doors to newly renovated 3-season porch. Three story private home with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, deck, fire pit, charcoal and propane grills. The home is fully loaded and ready for fun! Movies, video games, kids games/toys and more!
Rental includes access to multi-million dollar recreation center complete with 2 indoor pools, hot tubs, 2 outdoor pools with waitress service, sauna, tennis, fitness center, lounge, restaurant and bar. (Includes four passes, additional passes available for purchase and children under 7 are free). The complex also has a swimming pond with paddle boats in the summer and ice skating in the winter. Waterville Estates also boasts its own ski mountain (natural snow permitting) for skiing, sledding, and tubing. Close to Owl’s Nest Golf Club. Fifteen minutes to Waterville Valley, and close to Loon, Tenney & Cannon Mountains as well. Come have fun!

Recreation center Hot tub, arcade and locker rooms renovated in 2022.
Summer Bookings: Weekly rentals in July and August. Check-in and check-out day will be Friday.

Summary: We enjoyed our trip quite a bit. Thanks for the lovely lodging. The community center was great for pickleball and the indoor pools looked quite nice. A note to those with very young children or people with mobility issues: the stairs down to the bunkbed room and rec room are extremely steep. It feels more like climbing a ladder than stairs. No problem for our 9yo, less so for the person with recent knee surgery. They stayed on the main level, so all was well

Summary: Everyone enjoyed their stay at the house. It’s in a quiet area. Grandson loved downstairs bedroom and hangout room.Wasn’t musty at all.Spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. It was awesome!

Summary: This was a great place to stay with family! It is right on the mountain and has lots of room if you're staying with multiple families! Our weekend it mostly rained but we still had lots to do woth the rec center and games in the house. One of the families forgot a special pillow of one of their children and the owner just happened to be coming to the area we loved and offered to bring it down! Such a special person!! Thank you for a great stay!!

Summary: Our family had a wonderful time at this property. The house suited our needs comfortably and the location is beautiful. The kids loved hanging out in the basement and the adults loved the three season room. We had all the amenities of home and made great memories! I would highly recommend this property 🙂
