Summary: Upon check-in, we were told that our reserved room was on the second floor. When we realized that there was no elevator, we requested a relocation to a ground floor room, as my husband is awaiting knee surgery and stairs are difficult for him to navigate, especially when carrying luggage. Fortunately, a first-floor room was available. With 2 queen sized beds, it was tight but adequate and also clean. The bed sheets were very nice, as was the bathroom shower. Our room was located next to a street which was quite noisy in the morning. The hotel is located right next to the ferry terminal with departures for Texada or Vancouver Islands. It is also on the main downtown street with a variety of restaurant and shopping options. The price was reasonable and the room comfy...we will stay there again.

Summary: The staff was fantastic and the room was clean. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking/eating. However, no table to eat off of. Had to sit on the bed to eat while my partner sat on the one chair in the room by the dresser. Parking was fine - felt safe. Staff was fantastic

Summary: Clean and well appointed room, the only complaint is that there was a constant generator noise which came from ferry terminal.

Summary: Most hospitable staff ever. Helpful and accommodating. Helped us with the extras. Highly recommend. Great location, however parking might be challenging if you have mobility issues. Will come back!
