Positive: Location the best. The ocean breeze and waves were crashing through the sliding glass doors with sound of relaxation. The home was smartly layed out and functional
Negative: A stretch to find something that could be identified as negative. As is the case with all homes in this setting, the stairs leading to living facilities took a toll on unpacking and moving into home for our stay. This is of course a necessary example of location mandating mitigation.
Summary: Very pleasant and relaxing. I have started looking for dates in which to stay again later this year

Positive: The house was beautiful & located such close proximity to the water it was the easiest beach vacation ever! No need for a wagon, and ice chest or a picnic lunch… the bottom of the deck was 25 paces from the waves!
Negative: There were a few small amenities missing like salt, pepper, coffee filters and enough kitchen trash bags for the duration of our trip. Had we known, we would’ve packed them! It was a small hiccup to be sure & we found what we needed at Ship & Shore, the local grocer.
Summary: Fantastic! We hope to be repeat visitors!

Positive: Amazing ocean views and beautiful house with all the amenities.
Negative: If you want to take advantage of the numerous closets then you need to bring your own hangers. However, there are plenty of dressers.

Positive: Location was perfect! Sitting on the porch and being able to see the ocean right in front of you!
Negative: There were a couple of nails sticking up on the porch that I was worried about my little one getting her foot cut on but other than that everything was great!
