Summary: This home was perfect for the 20 of us and we would rent it again if we have another family reunion in that part of the country. The property managers were excellent and the location is ideal. The house itself is spacious and we didn't feel on top of each other because it has plenty of open space.

Summary: This property has a great location, wonderful private beach, and a very nicely equipped vacation home. It has everything you could want, great kitchen with everything you could need. Plenty of things for our 10 grandchildren to do, biking, fishing and playing in the ocean. Great time again, this was our second year in a row to vacation at this property.

Summary: The home was beautiful, the picture online did not do it any justice. The beach was really nice and so was the back deck. My family enjoyed their stay. The beach was a bit of a hike with the kids and chairs, i think it would've been easier if there was a walk out boardwalk. That would've made us enjoyed going to the beach even more. We had a bit of a fly situation, getting into the house as there were no screens on the patio doors. Other than that we enjoyed the place. The owners were really welcoming and sweet. I enjoyed hearing their stories.

Summary: The house was perfect for our family of 19 with plenty of beds, room to spread out, games and books, and extra items for the beach. Our only complaint was how far the walk to the beach was. It was hard to carry everything. Otherwise, the house made for a fun week in Cape Charles. We crabbed, fished, swam in pool and bay, played cards and games, ate lot and went to Brown Dog Ice Cream. Stingrays has great breakfast.

Summary: We enjoyed another beautiful week at Cape Charles! So much to do with our private beach and pool nearby. This year we found the fresh water lake which my grandson fell in love with. Went to Brown Dog every night! We were blessed with perfect weather which made the week all the better. Thank you for another week of precious memories at Way Over Yonder!

Summary: We were a group of 18, multi generation family. We have rented houses in the past in NY, SC, NC and Florida. This was pretty much everyone's favorite spot. The owners went above and beyond to help us. The private beach, about a 3 min walk, was incredible. Highly recommended!!

Summary: The home had everything by one could want or need. The kitchen was beautifully appointed and so easy to work in. The home was child friendly and great for my elderly Mom as well. I can't say enough positive things about this house and it's wonderful Owners. They did everything possible to make our dream vacation come true. We want to reserve the same date for next year if possible.

Summary: First summer vacation we've been able to have with all the family in a good while. We had 18 and didn't feel on top of each other. So much to do, beach, bikes, crabbing. On bad weather days , go to walk the lovely cape Charles and grab ice cream at Brown Dog. We will cherish memories forever!
