Positive: Freshly renovated and very comfortable. Beds and pillow were great. Fans in bedrooms great too.
Negative: Everything. Only downside was one one bathroom.

Positive: The property was clean, beautifully decorated with a relaxed feel. Located perfectly, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. Plenty of space in every room, air con and fans, plenty of towels including beach towels, hosts were easy to contact and happy to help. Would happily live here (I FaceTimed home to show it off!) Hosts were absolutely fantastic! Before we arrived, we received a message with guidance of accessing and finding the property with recommendations of places to eat and visit. The message also included numbers to contact the hosts and the offer to book any trips we would like to go on for us. I called Sam and she booked us in for Great Barrier Reef snorkelling trip and Daintree rainforest trip at short notice with Australian companies who were full of knowledge and just brilliant.
Negative: Couldn’t fault it.

Positive: The apartment was large and spacious. The beds and living room couch were comfortable and it was very clean. The communication was excellent and a small issue we had with the aircon was fixed within hours. It was quiet and very relaxing.
Negative: The pool was disappointing, small, shallow and not completely clean. There was nowhere to sit with only one torn and unusable lounge seat. No one used the pool as far as I could tell, the whole week we were there. Also the steep stairs to the property, both back and front made it a little difficult for two 60 plus ladies when carrying suitcases both ways.
Summary: Our stay was very comfortable and restful. The apartment had everything we needed and was within a 15 min walk to everth

Negative: Only criticism was the room fragrance from the plug-in - it was really strong. We switched it off for the duration of our stay.

Positive: A really large property that was super clean and expertly styled. The linen and towels were luxurious, the kitchen very well equipped and the bathroom generously stocked with lovely products. Thoughtful extra touches like beach towels were a welcome touch.
