The house is clean and well outfitted with 3 ensuite bedrooms plus an office and a bonus room with another fulll bathroom. Very beachy (think Serena and Lilly vibe) with outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, fire-pit and large fenced yard. Total privacy. Within 5 minutes walk- quiet beach, Gossmans (now Bagatelle- a chic new French restaurant club), pizza, liquor store, bike rental, market, and multiple other restaurants. We are right at Montauk Harbor and if you wish to go to town it's a 5 minute drive or 15 minute bike ride. This is our home when we are not renting it out and so it's very well cared for and stocked with everything you might need from beach and bath towels to cleaning, cooking and entertaining supplies. Summary: Perfect location in Montauk; 5 min drive from everything and 15 minute walk from the water. Hosts were very communicative and they have a lovely home

Summary: I cannot say enough good things about this house! Lovely living area and kitchen, the rooms were spacious, the outdoor area was amazing (twinkling lights and pizza oven and fire pit). It was super close to the beach and SO many towels which was amazing!!! Host is so responsive and helpful. Can't recommend enough.

Summary: Our Montauk stay was perfect. We loved the house because it was stylish, comfortable and had everything we could have wanted or needed. There were all the basics from pantry essentials and a fully stocked kitchen to loads of beach and house towels, a beach wagon, beach chairs, a cooler, games, books, and even nice shower products. Everything was clean and new and of good quality. Felt a bit like staying in a boutique hotel. Melora our host was accommodating and helpful and quickly answered any questions we had. She also had great local info on everything from where to eat to where to surf, fish and buy groceries. The house is SO well located! The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and just beyond are a bunch of restaurants and markets, delis and a liquor store. You don’t even need a car! The drive to the village is about 5 minutes but we had everything we needed within walking distance. We will definitely be back!
