Positive: Its a very nice place, you get a huge clean room close to everything. It has even a well equipped kitchen, with everything I needed for cocking! The stuff is very nice and helpful. A big supermarket its just around the corner and everything else is also in a walking distance. Long version short highly recommended!

Positive: Staff were great and very helpful. Great location . Easy walk to most places. Monorail station 5 min walk or a 10-15 minute walk into the main shopping district. Convenience stores nice and close if required.

Negative: Personally I would have liked another comfy chair so if having a night in you didn't have to sit on the bed or a kitchen chair. Numb bum. 😁

Positive: Firstly the staff were excellent. One example- I wanted to send a parcel back to UK (clothes not needed for rest of trip). Staff member phoned the post office and arranged for an English speaking worker to help me. The apartment is spacious compared to Japanese hotel rooms with a small kitchenette. Very clean. Best of all- so much cheaper than a hotel and yet, still clean and comfortable
