Positive: Beautiful house with an incredible floor-to-ceiling window and balcony. Its just outside Vienna from Florisdorf station theres Bus 500 that is a 10 min ride and from the busstop its a 2 min walk. Sunsets are gorgeous with such a nice view of Vienna. Maria was very gracious and welcoming and gave us a lot of tips for navigating the city. We look forward to visitng next time!

Positive: We definitely recommend it! The apartment was on the top of a modern house, spacy enough with big windows and super clean! The neighbourhood was quite, in a small distance from the town (5 minutes by car) and supermarkets at a small distance! Maria 🌸, the owner, was warm and ready to help you both with the apartment and informations for the city, what to visit and how! We loved it!!!

Positive: There’s a private parking space, the house is fairly new, and the mattress and bedding are quite comfortable. Overall, it’s clean and well-kept.

Negative: But the kitchenette is too basic — the lighting isn’t great, and it doesn’t even have something as common as a pair of scissors. Also, I don’t understand why there are so many little flying beetles 🪲 around.

Summary: The facilities are a bit too simple overall.

Positive: Well organized small apartment with nice terrace. Quiet street. Beautiful and large terrace. Host was nice. Easy access to Vienna by car. Good value for money.

Negative: Stairs could be an issue for elderly with heavy luggage. Better to come in summer time, in winter times nights could be a bit cold for sensitive people and terrace has no purpose.

Positive: Clean and comfy appartmen. Owner brought us coffee and chokolade for wellcoming. Quiet place and 15min drive to center of Vienna. Also bus stops right in front of appartment.
