Positive: Nicely located hotel and spacious rooms. Bikes for borrowing free of charge. Great and very helpful staff.

Positive: Firstly the hotel is 4 story with a huge appartment block on top so that Booking.com photo is a bit misleading - it's grand but not that grand! Location is great, by the river in Anping, on a bus route (#2) into the main city. At one stage this would have been high end 5 star - and its now quite faded from that - but still really nice. Free parking under the hotel was a breeze. Breakfast pretty extensive, very Eastern, little Western food (suited us). Rooms big, bathroom big. Laundry room. staff helpful and friendly. It was good value.
