Positive: The room was lovely with a gorgeous bathroom and balcony The hotel was spotless

Negative: The staff seemed stressed and although breakfast was listed at being available until 10.00 they were already putting things away eg. Yoghurt at 9.30

Positive: Breakfast was delicious and filling. Location was great with a stunning view and everything was easily accessible. Staff at the restaurant was really helpful and friendly both in the morning and in the evening.

Negative: Two things that we didn't like that much. The bed wasn't that comfortable and there could have been more eggs at breakfast. Oh, and Kaiserschmarn wasn't warm enough, some parts were cold.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and are planning to go back.

Positive: Delightful property and our room was very spacious, modern and clean. Bedding was very comfortable and location was very good. Be aware that you have to park offsite and catch a free shuttle bus to the hotel. The young man on restaurant duty at night was brilliant and the meal was great in contrast to the morning lady who was abrupt and not exactly nice. Be prepared to pay for your second coffee

Positive: Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Room was a great size. The views from our balcony were awesome. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was great. Would loved to have stayed longer.

Negative: We didn't stay there long enough!

Positive: Not sure why it has a lot of bad reviews but it was a good stay for us. Breakfast is good, just ignore the attitude of the waitress because they have to serve you anyway. When travelling to Austria, do not always judge or compare to american service standard, they are not really into service, but will do their job.

Negative: Nothing with this price. Overall we are happy.

Positive: everything felt cosy and good. the room was properly heated. Location near the lake and the landmarks around. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was tasty

Negative: travel service from the parking was taking forever to come. We travelled on foot both when arriving and when leaving since we found it faster.

Summary: Nice place, wish we had stayed one more night

Positive: The hotel is very well located. The rooms are fully renovated, very spacious and the view is great. One of our rooms had a beautiful view to the lake. Beds were comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel offers really good food at a fair price. There was a vending machine at the hotel, which was very practical for buying water and other goods. The elevator was wide and worked well. We were welcomed with small chocolate tablets in the rooms.

Negative: The heating system did not work, so the rooms were really cold. Sleeping was ok, though, because the blankets were very heavy and warm. The wifi was off, so we had to use our mobile network. Checkin started only at 3pm, which is kind of late. We did get to leave our bags at the reception as we arrived and after checkout, but there wasn't much space for the luggage and it was open to the main hall and the front door. Breakfast started only at 8am, which was late for us, and did not have so many options of food.
