Positive: I loved the location, the rocking chairs, the neighborhood and the price.
Negative: The bed and the toilet. The bed didn’t feel sturdy or comfortable. The toilet wouldn’t always flush and it would stay running and had to jiggle the handle. The closet mirror/doors we off track and couldn’t open them to put my luggage in there.

Positive: The host was On Point , very efficient communication, gives you as much info as she can about anything . Made it her duty to pop by and say hi , Comfortable bed & clean sheets . Safe Neighborhood. Good AC for Miami’s Heat . Shopping mall 10min walk or catch the free trolley . Towels for every day 😁 Had most of the utilities that you’ll need, mini fridge , Coffee machine , toaster, kettle , microwave ,plates cups , even tea , coffee sugar and provided. The location is perfect . 2 min walk from the water park 2 min walk to catch the free Trolley to the airport and Surrounding area . Free Trolley to little Havana . 05 min from the airport and airport bus&train station with direct busses 150 to South Beach - Buses 37 to Dolphins outlet Mall and many other routes .
Negative: Being really close to Airport comes with a disadvantage Aswel . Planes start landing early hours . Did feel a-bit small and maybe congested. Wasn’t feeling the toilet paper bin protocol. No laundromat.

Positive: Nice sweet little backyard apartment - parking spot -near to highway -supermarket 8minutes by walk
Negative: -tv should be in the bed room - a kitchen to cook would made the apartment perfect

Positive: The property was exceptionally clean and the bed was super comfortable.
Negative: We arrived very late after long delays and it would have been nice to have had a bottle of water at the property so we could make a drink .. there are no t-spoons either ! . The was no sink at the property other than the bathroom sink , not ideal for washing up cups etc. only one chair in the room due to restricted space .. and it was such close proximity to the air port it was extremely noisy you couldn’t sit outside due to the noise . The location was fine if you had a car but we didn’t drive . It would have been nice to have some information in the room about the surrounding area and public transport links. As visitors from outside the country we felt some In room info would have been useful. The room was a bit dated could do with some colour to brighten it up a bit.
