Summary: We enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. Charlie was very responsive and understanding to a couple issues that came up with the kitchen sink. Hoping he gets it’s fixed soon and it’s all taken care of! Thank you for letting us stay for our annual winter vacation!

Summary: The place was perfect for our golf vacation. The house had everything and met all our needs. Was a great place to relax and unwind, have drinks on patio and watch the golfers. Neighbors were very friendly. Charlie was great and communication was very easy.

Summary: Well maintained, great outdoor space, very quiet neighborhood, would have been nice if the pool was heated, gaming option was nice but did not work. The book was very helpful. Should update photos outside area has changed was different from photos.

Summary: We are in Avondale every November for NASCAR championship weekend and love the Coldwater Springs neighborhood. This home is very welcoming and comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Lots of little amenities to make your stay perfect. Neighborhood was super quiet. Great communication with Charlie and he was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I stayed here for 3 weeks to visit with my son and family who live in Phoenix. Easy access to the I10 & shopping. I found this home to be a very good fit for our group. The backyard and pool area was great for the kids and the front living room area was a nice place for kids to gather while the adults had the family room area to talk and watch TV. There is ample supplies to include linens, paper products and kitchen staples like spices and dish soap. The owner was very responsive and reaches out almost immediately to assist with any questions. (I even locked myself out once and had to call to figure out a way to get back in.) Having space in the garage and extra driveway parking is a real plus.
