All Decked Out is a pet-free home that combines spacious living with beautiful lake views and a central, prime location. This 2,422 sqft home comfortably sleeps 10 guests and is located within steps of Hilltop Park, children’s climber, pickleball court, pool, hot tub, and more. It’s also halfway between both pools, allowing for maximum flexibility.
Double wraparound decks provide an additional 1,200 sqft of living space with stunning views of Lake Chelan.
MAIN LEVEL | Living, Dining, Kitchen, Laundry
Pick out a DVD or book from our well-stocked library and relax in the living room. There’s an HDTV and gas fireplace to get cozy during those winter months with games and puzzles to enjoy.
The dining table has seating for 6 with additional seating for 4 in the kitchen nook.
The kitchen is well stocked with all the modern amenities: SS appliances, dishwasher, gas stove, Keurig and much more ensures that your stay feels like home.
Just off the kitchen is a mud/laundry room with washer/dryer, and an attached ½ bath.
The first floor has a large wraparound deck with abundant seating and a porch swing. The gas grill and dining table are perfect for barbecuing. Lounge around the fire table on the patio to enjoy the sunsets.
MID-LEVEL | 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms.
The master bedroom offers a romantic retreat with access to the second-floor deck. This large window filled bedroom with gorgeous lake views has a Cal-King bed and HDTV. The ensuite has double sinks, soaking tub, and shower.
The cozy second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a windowed door providing views of Lake Chelan with access to the second-floor deck.
Kids will love having their own space in the bunk room. Two built-in double TwinXL bunks provide comfortable sleeping with many books, games and toys to enjoy as well!
The 2nd floor bathroom has a large vanity and tub/shower combination.
This floor has another 600 sqft of outdoor living including a sectional couch, fire table, swinging chair, and a beautiful uplake view of Lake Chelan. Stay cool during the warm summer days sitting under the ceiling fan and keep warm at night with the heaters. A chaise lounge, hammock, and pub table are there for your enjoyment.
UPPER LEVEL | Entertainment Room, Full Bed, 2 Sofas, Bathroom
The third floor offers an arcade table with 100’s of classic games, Foosball, a 60” HDTV, Blu-ray player, XBox360, Rock Band and Kinect. There’s also a large selection of games, movies puzzles, a full-sized bed, and large bathroom with shower.

A deck box with pool/beach/outdoor toys is located in the breezeway for use during your stay.
Driveway parking for two cars with additional street parking around the community. A separate owner's unit is attached to All Decked Out, however owner will not be there during your stay.
Unfortunately, pets are NOT allowed though the owner's hypoallergenic dog occasionally stays.

The Lookout Concierge was incredibly helpful. They reached out to make sure we were all set for our stay. The property itself is gorgeous. We loved having coffee on the decks in the morning and making smores in the evening. The access to the water was super easy and only a short walk. We loved all the swimming docks and rented a boat for the day as well. We definitely will be back :)

Location was great and home was spacious and well-stocked. We spent every night out on the deck and took advantage of the views. We plan to stay here again!

With three kids under 6, the proximity to the pool and playground are great.Compared to other homes, this one feels notably less premium. It was all very clean with nice touches. There were a lot of closets and drawers that were marked 'owner.' This meant we didn't have access to a broom or vacuum in the kitchen to clean up.The kitchen had what you needed to cook / serve. Much of the kid's cups / plates were plastic which had seen years of use. Homes at the Lookout set a really high bar, and with that comes a premium cost. We are used to homes with more open layouts and nicer furniture / supplies. That being said, we had a great weekend in Chelan, thankful for the opportunity to rent this home.If you are comparing this home to another, you might consider your preferences. If you chose to rent this home, I think you will be most satisfied with the cleanliness, decks, and top floor game room.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is truly perfect for families! I can’t say enough about its ideal location, amenities and overall layout. First of all, it’s across the street from the playground, community area and pool. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching our children run around and play with the vast selection of lawn toys provided. Not to mention, the house is on the inner loop of the Lookout—perfect for bike rides and leisurely walks. Next time we visit All Decked Out I won’t bring so much stuff. The owners have thought of it all: books, board games, arcade and video games, toys, floaties, every kitchenware and utensils imaginable, plush towels, etc. We brought three kids (ages 4-13) and four adults, and we couldn’t even use all the space. It was incredible to have 3 floors to spread out. Clearly, the top floor game room was a favorite. While the grownups cooked dinner it was nice to have a space for the kids to play. Our daughter especially loved the book collection and dress up bin and games, while our son was amazed by the Xbox setup. The house’s name really captures the uniqueness of the property. The decks are majestic. Every morning we gathered on the decks to drink coffee and enjoy the views, and every evening we drank wine on the spacious decks and reflected on our fabulous day and the gorgeous house. All Decked Out is, without a doubt, one of our family’s favorite vacation destinations.
