This charming, historic cottage is in the perfect location for Mountaineer fans! Just a short walk from the WVU football stadium, it's the perfect place to stay for game day. With four bedrooms, two baths, and a large yard, you'll have plenty of space to tailgate before the big game. And with original trim and a sun porch, you'll feel like you're stepping back in time to a bygone era. Don't miss the original built-in cabinet in the dining room and the charming cabinets surrounding the fireplace (which is not in use). Just keep in mind that this is an older home with some quirks. While it's not a completely remodeled house, it's full of character and perfect for anyone looking for a cozy, historic place to stay! Summary: We loved staying here over the Christmas holiday. We were visiting the area and have family nearby. We hosted a few gatherings and were delighted with the space. Beautifully decorated , there was even a tree waiting for us! Communication with the host was easy. Any questions were promptly answered. Would recommend and stay again!

Summary: Michelle’s property was incredible. It is in a perfect spot to enjoy Morgantown to the fullest. I will definitely be booking again in my next trip to Morgantown! Summary: This home was perfect to accommodate our family for our visit to WVU. The house was just as pictured in the listing. Charm of an older home but with modern updates and furnishings. Towels and bedding were like new and we appreciated the amenities too. Hoping this can be our go to spot for future visits.

Summary: 6 of us from our extended family stayed at the Blue and Gold Getaway and had a great week there! Location is fantastic - close to restaurants, hiking, parks, and WVU. The bedrooms were a great size and we had plenty of room to spread out. Lovely outdoor spaces on the front and back of the home as well. We'll be back!

Summary: This was a great house to stay in. It was super clean and decorated so cute. Plenty of space for 6 of us and had everything you could need if you wanted to cook. We love the front porch. Proximity to WVU and downtown was great. Only a few minutes away. The only thing I would warn people about is that the driveway is wicked steep as are the front stairs.
