The villa's master bedroom has a king bed with an adjacent master bath featuring a rainfall shower and tub that lies beneath a dreamy skylight. Enjoy a coffee on the sun-soaked pool deck waiting outside your sliding bedroom door.
GUEST BEDROOMS:
The second bedroom has a lavish queen-sized bed and a chic modern bath with a large rainfall showerhead, and bedroom three has a full-sized bed with an office area. The guest bedroom and bath have a separate wing of the home and its own access to the pool area.

Summary: I wrote 2 emails to PMI, the property manager re two issues: -the toilet in the main bedroom didn't function -the attachment sent to us was for a different house address, so we didn't have good info re the heating system, etc. Neither email was responded to

Summary: Very pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed the house and would be happy to come back ( we visit Naples every October). Key code did not work on arrival but was fixed over the phone quickly. Pool was great and view in back yard was over a large wild pond, really nice. There was no table in LR and fortunately we did not spill any coffee or wine on the velour foot rest watching TV. The place was really clean and all 3 BR were large , no "bunk room" which was really nice for 3 adults.

Summary: This rental was perfect for our team. Highly recommended. Wish the pool was heated but that’s no big deal. Had a little trouble with the fancy ac system. House kept resetting to 78 degrees and would take hours to cool, especially the master bedroom. Not sure if that was our user error but that was our only challenge. House was gorgeous!
