Summary: This cottage was great for our team retreat ! A little bit for everyone. The hot tub and pool were great for us to take a moment and relax, the living room area perfect for a comfortable group discussion and the kitchen fully equipped with lots of space ! Simon was a great host, and was able to accomodate us on arrival and departure. Simply a perfect location for large groups !

Summary: Great place for a large gathering or a kids birthday party. The facilities are great with so much room to explore. Our friends are already looking to rebook the same place with another group. I highly recommend and Simon is a great host.

Summary: The cottage was perfect, clean, spacious and very well equipped. We spent a marvelous time there with a lovely atmosphere, amazing views, clean swimming pool, warm water Jacuzzi and tons of fun activities and games. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of utensils, crockery, pots, and 3 refrigerators. The huge dining table was good enough for a large group. There were many extra chairs and 2 extra tables. Washrooms were provided with tons of supplies, towels, and air sprays. Laundry was nice, clean and operational. 2 BBQs with 3 (prefilled) gas cylinders, many deck chairs, and two large umbrellas turned the deck into an amazing fun spot. Views from the deck were stunning. There was a 4 hours power failure during our stay (from Hydro QC). Simon (the cottage owner/manager) was quick to respond he contacted Hydro QC and provided us update. Within an hour he came to the cottage to set up the generator and resume the Water supply. WIFI was weak to cover every spot of this large cottage, but with families and kids, it turned out to be a positive point. Reduced activities on Mobile devices brought everyone closer and we enjoyed lots of games like Table Tennis, Snooker and other fun activities. Air Conditioning was weak during those high-temperature days, but it can be easily covered with few pedestal fans. Simon was a really good gentleman, soft-spoken, smiling and always responded when needed. He was very cooperative. Cottage was absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful time staying there. Almost everything was good and exceeded the expectation. Our stay was very pleasant. Thank you, Simon. Keep it up.

Summary: For a group of 15 adults and 10 kids, this place worked out perfectly. The fact that the bedrooms are split in 3 wings kept the privacy nicely and prevented too many families from noises little ones can often make! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all you needed and more and the downstairs playroom was incredible, considering one of our 4 days was all rain! The outside needs a bit of work though; the volleyball net is in a field of wild flowers and weeds. The "lake" and "beach" are really just a tiny river with a small patch of sand. We couldn't even figure out how to get to it for awhile because so much of the weeds and wild flowers have grown in. You can't swim in the river, far too shallow and the sand turns into mud about one foot in. We all took turns on the canoe which took less than 5 minutes around the whole pond but our little ones still got a kick out of it (luckily no older kids). The pool could use a heater, it was quite cold. But both the pool and hot tub were nice and clean! Simon, the owner, makes himself very available which is always nice and comforting when renting a place!

Summary: Stayed at this chalet with a bunch of friends (26 people total) for the weekend and the chalet had more than enough space to accommodate us. Very large basement with pool table and foosball table. Large kitchen with enough space for all of us to sit at the table and eat comfortably. The place was also super clean. I would definitely stay again!

Summary: We were looking for a large dwelling that would sleep 18 people comfortably close to Montreal and Domaine de la Rivière Perdue was the perfect location. We were able to sit everyone at the large table in the kitchen. The bedrooms were fantastic as there are 9 and they are located in 3 separate wings which worked out really great as we had 4 generations of family ranging from ages 1 to 90. We had every amenity that we needed and the place was very spacious and clean. There was a great games room in the lower level, huge kitchen and living room on main floor plus a spare bedroom, and 8 additional bedrooms on top floor plus adequate bathrooms for large groups. There was plenty to do outdoors including a challenging trail (it may need to be marked better as the group got lost on their return and ended up on private property). There is a hot tub and a pool plus a really large deck which was ideal for the little ones as it was closed in. The owner was on the premise to greet us and was very friendly & accommodating. Over all Domaine de la Rivière Perdue exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to any large group.
