Welcome to our new vacation rental! A beautiful comfortable serene 2-bedroom with 2-bath home on a 5-Star, 55+ resort located just walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and salon. Three onsite pools (they're building a 4th one, hot tub, gym, racquetball, tennis courts, pickleball, horseshoes, baseball diamonds, woodworking shop, cardio room, massage therapy, billiards and so much more open to use for renters to enjoy their stay in our home. Including 2 adult 3-wheel bikes to get around!

Summary: My friend and I chose this listing because of its location and that there are pickleball courts (12!) on the property. It turns out it was much more than that - a charming, well-maintained unit with access to all manner of fun amenities for "age approved" 55+. We enjoyed the 'trikes' and went to the very hot hot tub each night. The kitchen was well stocked with staples, cookware and dishes. All was very comfortable. Cynthia was quick to answer when we had a couple of questions.

Summary: Hi We were visiting family in Meza AR. We needed and wanted a taste a community/RV living mixed with the non hotel floor plan. This house satisfied our wish list. It was stocked with all the needed accessories. If you are visiting the Meza area, we can 110% recommend it. Thanks Roe & Rich

Summary: The property was well maintained and beautiful. Everyone was so kind and nice to visit with. We loved walking around and just looking at the area. We hope to come back soon and spend more time. Even considering it to be a place to retire in a few years. Loved the home and the community.

Summary: This a wonderfully decorated and functional unit. It was in a great area of the park, close walking distance to all the amenities. The king bed was very comfortable with nice linens. Towels were nice and fluffy. The kitchen had everything we needed. My husband's back was bothering him so using the bikes provided was a great help. The hosts were great communicators and very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

Summary: Absolutely loved our stay, this property located in gated community. Very quiet and safe. Home was perfect for our needs during our stay. The property was clean, very comfortable and well stocked with quality amenities, owners have everything you might need on site. Was able to spend a day at the pool which was FANTASTIC! I think my favorite thing was sitting on the patio with my morning coffee, watching the sunrise with the sprinklers going across the street at the ballfields with the Mountains in the background! What’s not to love!!!! Would stay here again without hesitation.

Summary: We stayed for one week in Mesa, and fell in love with the property/resort. Great swimming pools, pickle ball court, and tons of things to do here! We were able to communicate with the host if we had any questions. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was more that adequately stocked. Great place, wish we could have stayed longer but work was calling us. We highly recommend if you are in the Mesa area.

Summary: This was a handy place to stay in the Gilbert/ Mesa area while in Arizona for Christmas with family. The house was neat, comfortable and well organized. It is in an adult retirement/ vacation community. As we were busy with family, we did not have time to explore the local amenities, but we saw people walking, riding bikes, playing softball and tennis. It would be a great place to snowbird.
