3 Bedroom House in Pocono Lake

Welcome to our newly renovated 3 Bedroom 3 bath Pocono house, with separate lot on the lake 600 ft away, to give you private access to the lake!! We are also Dog friendly! We are Within walking distance to pool and beaches you and your family will Love! Our mountain retreat is perfect for a weekend getaway , a family vacation or hanging with friends! Our home is located within walking distance to the beach and pool. The gated Arrowhead community has several Amenities to choose from. There are three pools and 4 beaches in the community. Our home is located across from the lake so you are not far! The clubhouse hosts several events through out the year as well. There is so much to do for the family!! We are also located nearby to all the popular ski resorts and popular restaurants in the pocono area. Have a blast learning to ski or snowboard, or even have fun tubing! The resorts are mostly around a 20 min commute. 940 Golf and Fun is also minutes away and a great place for the family to play mini golf and have yummy ice cream! It is a great summer spot! Kalahari resort is also close by as we enjoy visiting the water park and arcade! We hope you visit! The Arrowhead Community offers several activities and events at the Lodge. Anywhere from art and crafts for the kids, live music, or a magic show! We will be happy to send you that information during your stay. They also have live music, DJs, and bon fires during the summer season at the Island pool. The community also offers several food trucks and concessions at the Lodge for easy meal ideas! Summary: Wonderful place to stay in poconos Close to JF/BB camelback. 3 pools in arrowhead development along with a bunch of summer activities. The home is CLEAN! Kitchen has everything you need and more. 3 full bathrooms with 3 large bedrooms. Basement is more of a game room/ bed and bath. Air hockey ping pong, board games baaket ball murphy bed etc. 2nd time here and will be booking ahain

Summary: Our family had a lovely stay at this house. It was clean, spacious, and in a great location- just a short walk to the popular Island Pool and Beach 4. We had such a fun time in the basement game room! William was quick to respond when we had a question about door locks and the basement TV. Great stay!!

Summary: Our family looked forward to staying at William's place again all summer. We stayed there the summer of 2023 and 2024 and hope to go back next summer. Our teenage boys spent their time kayaking on the lake, playing video games, and perfecting their ping pong skills. We went on several hikes at nearby locations (less than a 30min drive). Our five year old enjoyed the pool, the beaches and all the playgrounds. It is very clean, comfortable, a great location, and the host is wonderful. William immediate responds to any question or request and we love staying at Laugh S’more

Summary: Communication with the owner was excellent.The home has everything you will need for your stay.Everyone enjoyed the extras in the downstairs....especially the younger ones....air hockey,ping pong and basketball.The family really enjoyed the deer.I did give the check in 2 stars because it was confusing where to go.Its off site and not part of the community which the GPS took us to a different place....lol....so pay attention.We thought we would be early and because of the confusion it added over an hour.We really enjoyed the fireworks!!We happened to get there the same day the community was setting off the July fireworks.We sat on thr front deck and it was amazing!!We were never so close to a display like that before.Thank you again to the owner.He was very quick with responding to any and all questions we had. Summary: This home is beautiful! Kitchen has everything you will need. Everything is clean and plenty of space. Wonderful living room with fireplace. Our grandchildren loved the basement game room.. game room also has full bath, laundry and soda bed. 3 bedrooms and 2 more full baths onain floor. All excellent! Host William Michael was extremely prompt in responding to any ofy questions. NO ISSUES at all. Will book again for our Annual ski trip

Summary: Our family couldn’t have been happier with our experience at Laugh S’more. From the moment we arrived until we left 5 days later, we were thrilled with the cleanliness, amenities, activities, and responsiveness of our host. Our teenage boys enjoyed the paddleboat and canoe and all the games in the basement. The Arrowhead Lake community is very welcoming and we loved the location since it was walking distance to the pool and playground and we could go for runs around the lake. All six of us hope to stay here again next summer!
