Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath Mystic Island waterfront home that sleeps 12. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding right off the home’s pier. 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and a paddle boat included for your use! One of the few houses with a pier. Great for entertaining on the large water level deck. Close to LBI (20 minutes), Atlantic and Ocean Cities are less than 45 minutes away! LBI ferry is 5 minutes away and takes you directly to LBI. Graveling Point beach is 2 miles away with beautiful views. Lots of restaurants close by. Historic Smithville is an easy 20 minute drive.

Summary: We had our first sister trip since 2019 and it was wonderful. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed.

Summary: The house was perfect for our family with grandbabies. Russ supplied highchair and crib, which helped keep the baby safe. There are water toys and crab traps that we had access to use. Plenty of outside seating with a firepit that had wood for us to use. Flying from out of state is difficult to bring linens and towels, so those provided was amazing. He checked in with us and was quick to respond. A gift card to the cafe up the road was a nice touch! We would stay again next year.

Summary: We can't say enough about this place. Of course, I read the reviews and they 100% spot on. Everything was offered exactly as indicated. We've never stayed in a place where I haven't had to go around and dust and spot clean and this was not the case with this house. All tp, dish/hand liquids, linens, etc. Dock and kayaks, paddle boat went to good use with our grand kids. Definitely felt at home. Property owner was readily available. I would definitly consider another stay here. Thanks for a great vacation Russ!!!

Summary: House had everything we needed and more. Plenty of sleeping space plus blankets for all 10 of us. The water toys were perfect to keep us busy on non-beach days, we tried them all!! Firepit was a huge bonus for us too. Russ was great with communicating, wifi was down when we first got there and he had it fixed within 30 min. Graveling Point beach could be good for families with smaller kids as it’s calm. We decided to drive to LBI a couple days and Cape May another. Great location for day trips! The one downside was the traffic at night driving past the house. Definitely not a main road, but it was constant traffic driving into the neighborhood. We would stay again!!

Summary: We had a great stay here. Russ was great and was available in case we needed anything. He got back to me quickly when I had a question, and he had some good recommendations for the surrounding area. The location of the house is very close to a beach on the bay and not too far from ocean beaches. The canal out back provided a lot of entertainment for us and the kids, especially since there are SUP boards, a paddleboat, and kayaks available. The house is in good shape with a good-sized family room/dining room area. Overall, this was a great place to spend our beach trip!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this house. Property was very clean with all the extras you could want. Owner was very nice and quick to respond. Even provided us with list of great restaurants in the area. Family loved the kayaks and paddle boat!! Look forward to returning one day
