Relax in this spacious home with sleeping for 10 comfortably, play a game of pool, read a book in the sun room, watch the deer roam through the woods , your vacation starts here with memories to be made.
The home offers 4 bedrooms on ground level and a large common area on the lower level that sleeps 4, with pool table for your entertainment. ALL LINENS PROVIDED.
Spacious living room with high ceilings, dining room, Eat-in kitchen, sun room, large deck with BBQ.
Enjoy all the amenities offered in this amazing community.
Visitors to Masthope enjoy an array of year-round activities within this community including boating, horseback riding, skiing, swimming, a myriad of sports activities, numerous seasonal events and much more!
Masthope’s many amenities include tennis courts, basketball courts, a bocce ball court, a restaurant & bar, racquetball courts, a beach house, playgrounds, pool, cross-country ski trail, horseback riding trails, volleyball court, horseshoe pit, ATV riding trails, Remembrance Park, River Park, a convenience market/deli, petting zoo, common lodge area, property owners lounge, game room, fitness center, and motor boating available on Westcolang Lake.
This home is set back from the road, with great privacy, located a quick half mile from Westcolang lake and 3 miles from Big Bear ski Lodge.
Take a ride to Hawley, 30 minute drive or Honesdale 35 minute drive where you can antique shop, stroll in the town or enjoy a wonderful meal in any of the town restaurants.

Lower level common area : 2 twin trundle beds (sleeps 4)
A paper towel, toilet paper rolls and hand soap will be provided. Please bring own toiletries, and garbage bags. You have to take the trash with you when you leave or you will be charged $25 per bag extra that you leave behind. The trash has to be thrown out at the compactor, located at the Lodge.
Pets allowed at owners discretion
The house has video surveillance on exterior only. We appreciate your respect of our property and expect to find it as received upon your departure.
For any damage or obvious misuse of the property, security deposit will be held.
Guest passes for amenity use can be purchased from the community office for $7 a day per person, which enables lake, pool and all amenity usage.

Summary: Great house to accomodate a couple of young families & kids. Plenty of seating for dinners & relaxing by the fire. The homeowner was very communicative and quick to answer our questions. We enjoyed skiing and the lodge. We will be back forsure.

Summary: The house was so comfortable that it was nice to stay indoors watching movies, playing games, drinking, eating, seeing deers from your bed window , and relaxing Enjoying family, and friends company. If indoor was great . I can’t imagine outdoor activities excitement. Especially in that location. I can see myself come back to this warm , nice house.

Summary: Home was perfect for weekend getaway for group of couples attending Bethel Woods concerts and museum. Home is spacious and location is quiet and close to community lake and outdoor activities. Enjoyed the speaker system for group to relax and share our music. Also enjoyed close access to explore Roebling bridge!

Summary: My friends and family gathered at this beautiful home early April to celebrate my birthday. The drive there was very scenic and the neighborhood was quiet. One afternoon while getting dinner ready, we were able to feed the deer as they are not afraid of human interactions. About 15min up the street you'll find an amazing waterfall at Raymondskill Falls. Great place to take remarkable photos. I would suggest gathering groceries before going there since the Walmart and all your shopping needs are about 30min away. There is also a Dollar General 10min from the house. Our favorite part of the house was the surround sound speakers that you can easily set up with you phone. The owners were very responsive with any of our questions and needs. The hot tub was big enough to fit about 4-5 adults and the owners were nice enough to have it warmed up for us in case we wanted to use it upon arrival. Stephanie and Shawn were even so sweet to leave a bottle of wine in the fridge for us to enjoy. I couldn't have asked for a better house to plan a peaceful nature getaway.
