Welcome to Barefoot Beach Villa a spectacular beachfront villa with swimming pool overlooking the ocean. Situated in the quaint settlement of North Palmetto Point, located on the charming Banks Road. Our home can sleep 8 comfortably and is fully air conditioned, satellite TV, wireless internet, fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen with all new appliances and all the comforts of home. Our casual and comfortable beach home is only a few steps to one of the most beautiful and serene pink sand beaches on the island. You will enjoy swimming in the clear turquoise waters, snorkeling among the many reefs teaming with sea life, kayaking, walking for miles on the pink sand beaches, sunning, and most of all relaxing. Enjoy a cool beverage, a gentle breeze and a fantastic view of the Atlantic from the spacious deck, swimming pool or screened in lanai.
*Note there is a $200 weekly fee if you want to have the pool heated.

Summary: Last year, we planned not to spend New Year's 2025 in the US and made plans to stay in the Bahamas. What a great trip and property. We had no issues with the property, and everyone was so pleasant that our stay was even better. Thanks for the hospitality and for sharing such a wonderful island with us.

Summary: Beautiful property and secluded beach. The on-line description is accurate. The house was well maintained and furnished. We were there during a rare high-wind event, and the resulting minor issues were quickly and effectively resolved by the caretaker, Howard, who was truly a pleasure to deal with, as was the owner Kirk. Of particular note was the app that is made available prior to the stay, which can be downloaded, and provided much useful information. Highly recommended.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at Barefoot Beach. The pictures don’t do it justice. Spacious, super comfortable beds & pillows, nice bathrooms, every amenity you’d want (cooler, bodysurf boards, snorkel gear, full kitchen items, spices, tons of towels, chairs, beach umbrella, games, puzzles, books, etc). Best stocked house we’ve ever stayed in and we travel a lot. Nice pool, short walk to the most amazing beach (chairs & permanent shade down there). Rarely do we want to hang out at the house we’re in (we love to explore), but this house could be the trip in itself and you’d be happy. Great central location. Great host, very attentive. We’d happily return. Amazing value! Just A+ start to finish.

Summary: My family has always stayed on Double Bay but we tried North Palmetto and loved it better. The house is new and everything works perfectly. It is perched on a hill above the ocean with gorgeous views. Howard, the house manager, was fantastic and made sure everything was ready for us. The beach is a very protected cove die to the series of coral reefs which helped minimize waves. A friendly stingray swam with me eaxh day. The house has 2 full bathrroms and not 3 which was ok for my family. We loved it so much that we will return!

Summary: Thank you, Kirk, for sharing your wonderful home on an essentially private island. We had an amazing time, and we will definitely be back. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beach towels and toys were abundant. The views, relaxation, sealife, sunrises, sunsets, and stars were endless. Summary: This is a wonderful villa. We have nothing at all bad to say. It is very well appointed with everything you would ever need. The kitchen is a chef’s dream. It was wonderful to have a generator, as there had been rolling outages on the island. There is a cistern, so we had no water disruptions. A fantastic pool, especially for the littler ones. It also has starlink internet, so it is very reliable. The grounds are spotless as was the house. They have 3 kayaks, snorkel gear, life jackets, chairs and coolers for trips to other beaches. This place has everything for the perfect family vacation. Thanks Kirk & Marion for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

Summary: We absolutely loved Kirk and Marian's little piece of paradise. They were great hosts and very responsive. The home had plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, kayaks, and cooking equipment. My husband and I loved kayaking every morning. We had the beach to ourselves and enjoyed watching sea turtles and stingrays. My 4 & 6 year old also enjoyed the pink sand and "exploring" the nearby rocks. The home also had a whole home generator that powered everything. It did come on at least once a day, but power wasn't interrupted. I loved, loved, loved this home and hope to visit it again.

Summary: Kirk is an amazing host. The house is beautiful and well appointed. We needed absolutely nothing the whole week that we couldnt find in the house. (Snorkeling geat, cookware etc...) Howard (groundskeeper) was a pleasure to chat with and and always a phone call away if we needed hiim. All and all it was a perfect, relaxing week.
