Summary: This was a 2 bedroom cottage with 1 bath. The bathtub is deep which I loved. There are two window air conditioners, if needed cooling. There is a beautiful single room for sitting and studying, lots of natural light. The entire place was beautfully furnished. You literally needed nothing. I loved the gas fireplace, use 2 mornings just to take the chill off. We will be returning here, Nice and quiet. Beds super comfortable. A TV room with a DVD player and tons of DVDs as well as games and puzzles and virtually every book style know to man. We truly enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave but all good things must come to an end. Thanks so much. 5 stars.

Summary: This cottage was excellent, clean and very inviting. It was the perfect place and visit with each other at night. I would definitely stay there again . It was like a home away from home.

Summary: I booked Stuart’s Cottage for my mom and dad who are originally from this area and were here to visit family . The cottage was as described - clean, cozy and comfortable. A perfect place for their three week stay !

Summary: Stayed with my brother and his brother-in-law for the NASCAR race weekend. Friday to Monday. Plenty of local amenities for downtime. House was just right and had no problem chilling on the rainy Sunday. Definitely plenty of things to do local to the house also in that area(Rochester/Dover/Somersworth etc...) Would stay again if needed.

Summary: The title accurately describes Stuart Cottage. We enjoyed our stay and communication with Carolyn and Jim was exceptional. Clean and comfy. Well stocked kitchen and the location is close to shopping for supplies. We would recommend this cottage for 2 couples or a small family.

Summary: We were here for a visit with family. The cottage was located near everything we needed...stores, family, and activities. The owners provided lots of ideas for things to do and kept in touch daily in case we needed anything. We will definitely try to stay here on our next trip to Rochester!
