Summary: The property was great. We loved the views, especially in the breakfast room in the mornings. Internet was pretty spotty but overall the property was great for our family.

Summary: We had a lovely visit with friends at this beautiful property. It was a peaceful, quiet, rural setting with great views of the foothills and the horses working out on the ranch, yet was a quick and easy 10 min drive to Old Town with all of its activities. Stacy was very responsive to any requests.

Summary: This VRBO property is very nice. Would definitely stay here again but don't expect any personalized attention from the property manager. This property appears to be another conglomerate of VRBOs that are managed very efficiently. This includes pre-written responses to email inquiries with no regard to your unique situation. We knew we would be arriving a few hours early and requested an early check-in even offering to pay for the convenience. The response we received simply stated the check in and out times and informed us the property was booked on both sides of our reservation. However, on the day of check-in we received an auto-email informing us the property was not booked on the back side and we could extend our stay if we wanted. I again contacted to property manager and I inquired about an early check in. Stacy informed us it was not ready and we should take a drive up to the Mishawaka and she would contact us if the cleaners finished up early. It's a beautiful drive but you will not have cell service so the host will not be able to contact you! Needless to say, we arrived back at the property at 3P. It was unoccupied and no cleaners in sight. The property manager never attempted to contact us and we checked in at our assigned time (4P). Additionally, this property is either participating in "slo-mo Summer" or their groundskeeper quit. Weeds were knee high and the landscaping had not be tended to in quite some time.
