First floor has a formal living room with a work desk, decorative fireplace, large TV and plenty of areas to sit, converse, read or relax. The kitchen is fully stocked with gas stove and has dining for six with pool views as does the family room with oversized plush sofa and TV. Off the stairwell is a queen guest room with TV and full bathroom. Second floor has a spacious master king with TV, ensuite and pool views. The second king guest room is full of windows with natural light and hallway full bath. Most relaxing of all is the back yard with the heated pool, loungers, gas grill and dining for 6 with sounds of wild neighborhood parakeets overhead.
