Summary: This has been my favorite short-term rental in Washington. Beautiful views, great location, and very well stocked with dish ware, appliances, utensils, spices and food prep staples. Heron’s Nest had everything we needed and more. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. We especially enjoyed watching the trains pass by over the water and even caught a few eagles perched on the trees outside. Heron’s Nest is a great place to stay if you’re in the area.

Summary: Heron's Nest provides a majestic view of the Puget Sound, boats, and wildlife! The place was clean, as described and worked for my short stay. If it weren't for the train track about 100 feet away, it would get a 5+ star review. The freight trains did wake me at night and I am a pretty deep sleeper. The house does also sits on a bank and there are about 40-50 stairs to access the house. If you can put up with some train noise, its a great experience to be there!

Summary: Quiet tucked-away lakeside home! The view and water access makes this home second to none. It’s owner is easy to reach and is hospitable. The home itself is cleanly with a gorgeous view.

Summary: We stayed in seattle area for a training we had and this was a perfect spot. The view is beautiful. The firepit area is nice. It worked out great for what we needed.
