Summary: Property was not as advertised. Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Staff was helpful trying to find suitable rooms, which took several tries. They were the best part of this place. Units are privately owned and managed.

Summary: Stayed here during a busy weekend of cheer competitions. Bed was comfortable, couch table and chairs were just what was needed. Kitchen has bare bone items but I was able to eat meals easy enough.

Summary: The property is a historic building with units owned by individuals that rent out the units. Apparently the units are different and the listing is generic. I thought I was staying in a room that had two queen beds and fold out couch. The listing also said the rooms had ovens. What I found was a hotel style room with two beds and a small kitchenette that had no oven. The unit was dated but it’s on the beach! Parking is free but…. Not said is there is only one car allowed per unit. My son who lives in Florida drove himself to the unit and my wife and myself drove from Missouri to spend the week there. We were told there is absolutely no allowances for additional cars. We ended up driving his car back to Orlando and left it at his apparent. A nice three hours of my vacation to deal with something that could be in the listing. So don’t plan on different family members meeting you there and there be parking for their cars.

Summary: Broom was somewhat antiquated, but the view in the balcony made up for that location was also ideal and personnel we're very helpful.

Summary: Booked reservation August 2023 for four nights during the Rolex 24 auto race weekend. The website had indicated 1 bedroom but noted "Sleeps 6". The pictures showed three different photos indicating sleeping arrangements for 6 people. Originally booked reservation for two people but week before arrival date sent message to host that "we will now be 3 people (my brother, my son and me)." Based on the website posting of "sleeps 6" we expected to find at least three beds. When arrived and checked in, we were shocked to enter the room to find only 2 beds.We could barely walk into the room as the full size refrigerator was by the entry door. You could not open the door all the way because the refrigerator door hit one of the beds. I went back to the office to find out why the room didn't have enough sleeping accommodations to sleep 6 people. The night manager advised none of the rooms could do that! There was no other choice but to rent another room (non-adjoining) at 7:00pm for the next 4 days. I sent another note to the host registering my disappointment in not having a room large enough or at least an adjoining room to sleep our group altogether and comfortably. The host apologized and offered to put a rollaway bed in. the room. There was no way that a rollaway would fit in the cramped floor space nor would anyone be able to move around the room. I felt that the host should have reduced the charge for the second room by 50% as a fair solution to the misleading rental posting.

Summary: Overall, the stay was fantastic! Had a great view, it was centrally located and check in and out was easy! I will be coming back for another stay soon!
