Reviewer Comments: The unit was in a good location, fairly quiet, with everything in Evan’s head within a 15min walk. Bowling club and beach access with 5 mins walk. Queen bed was comfortable, appliances and facilities were clean. Realestate was easy to deal with.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is in a good location and the size was perfect for 4 people. Unfortunately we found the TV only got 1 channel, the coffee cups were all stained and there was quite a bit of dark hair on the floor. We booked through and there was no mention to the fact you need to supply your own linen and towels. We called the Real Estate office to find out what happened and they said it was in the email they sent. Well I received 6 seperate emails before we arrived and they all appeared to be the same so I didn't scroll all the way through to the bottom after the first one (which is where this information was located!). Anyway, the real estate was kind enough to bring us some linen packs. Other than that, we still enjoyed our stay as we weren't there much but would not be recommending to others.

The people at Elders were easy to work with. The unit was ideal for a break and after staying there a couple times, I have and would recommend it to any one. Only one thing, some of the pots and pans need a good clean.
