Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience with Bama B&B Rentals and the property Tide on 12th. The staff were always friendly and responsive to all questions. They were able to offer us early check in which was great for graduation weekend events. The house itself was so well appointed and comfortable. The spaces were large enough so everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen had more supplies than we had hoped and the treat bin was a nice surprise. The location was great for us and parking was never an issue. It was a great stay and we would all highly recommend the property!

Summary: Perfect house and location! Spotless! Had absolutely everything you need provided for a comfortable stay! We walked to downtown Tuscaloosa and to the campus with ease multiple times during our stay. Beds were very comfortable! Close to everything!

Summary: Location was very convenient for A Day. The place was nice and clean and as advertised. There are several restrictions and there are a lot of forms to fill out and overall it feels like you are renting an apartment rather than staying a weekend. Was a little off putting but we got over it.
