Welcome to your Auburn home away from home. This townhouse has a great location close to the Auburn stadium, downtown and Chewacla. Close to grocery and restaurants.
The downstairs boasts an open floor plan living room with large flatscreen. Fully equipped kitchen/dining. Coffee and tea available during your stay. Walk out to a covered patio, grill, fire pit and fenced yard.
Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms each with full bath and TVs. Driveway Parking available for three to four cars.
DOWNSTAIRS
The space is warm and inviting with personal touches from our travels and experiences. Kitchen includes all the cooking equipment and tools you'll need to whip up a meal. Guests have access to a drip coffee maker (regular and decaf coffee provided) and an electric tea kettle (variety of bagged teas provided). Guests can enjoy a variety of board games in the open living room. All TVs are linked with YouTube TV to allow you to catch up on all your favorite shows.
UPSTAIRS
All three bedrooms are located upstairs. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and walk-in closets. There is a laundry room upstairs available to guests.
OUTSIDE
Walk out from the living room to a fully fenced in yard (corner unit with extended side yard). The large patio has a seating area for 4 and a combination gas/charcoal grill. The perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee or grill out dinner.
Parking is available in the driveway. Additional security with Ring smart doorbell and smart lock makes check in super convenient.

Summary: This home was immaculate and so easy to access. We felt so comfortable as the immediate staples were supplied for us along with simple house instructions. The linens, towels, and beds were very upscale and made us feel as if we were in an upscale hotel. The area was very quiet as well as extremely close to downtown and anyplace in Auburn. The extras that were proved such as sound machines, decaf coffee and tea were well appreciated.
