Summary: Door code bad - couldn’t get in unit. No manage on site Balcony door broken. TVs didn’t work

Summary: This place was just alright. We probably won’t be coming back as there were to many things that were off. The parking garage codes never work at all. You have to get out of the car, go through a walk through door to the other side of the garage to manually open the garage with a button on the wall. Was given 3 different codes for it and none of them worked. Our first night there a fire alarm went off at 11pm. We were one of the only occupants who woke all their kids up and went outside in the middle of the night only to be told this happens regularly by a resident who lives there because the stove vents recirculate into the condo whenever anyone is cooking. There were 3 tv’s that didn’t work and weren’t programmed at all. You have to run a broadband check everytime you turn it on and then it still didn’t work. Only one remote for 3 different tv’s. You can’t can’t change the thermostat. It is programmed not to go below 70 and would jump up to 75 regularly. There are no lake toys or other amenities for guests to utilize. We didn’t bother with the pool because the chlorine was so strong you could smell it all the way to our room door. I feel like 3 stars is being generous. The only positive is it was within walking distance to the lake.

Summary: We liked the place and location, it wasn't as good as 5star hotel, but most things functioned as it should, gave 4 stars because few things were not clean, and bathroom door was broken

Summary: Cozy condo in a nice condo building. Sleeps 5 comfortably (4 adults). Pretty clean. Great pool and fireplace in condo.

Summary: We stayed over the weekend. The place was very nice and close to the beach. It was quiet which we loved it. Close to the best Italian restaurant in town by the name of Sorrento! It is a must when at the Chelan. 😊

Summary: Great two bedroom two bath with a pull out sofa. Small deck with a bbq, a little bit of a view of the lake. Plenty of towels and blankets. The kids loved the bunk bed.

Summary: Very clean, which is important especially nowadays. Condo has everything you will need from washer/dryer, dishes and board games. It is also conveniently located right next to the beach, which was great for us. Overall recommend it!
