Summary: This was an excellent place for our family trip to Gloucester. It was a quick drive to our whale watch and lots of interesting touristy places. The apartment is a very quiet neighborhood and the playground was perfect for our 9 year old yo get so e energy out after the drive. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into setting up a welcoming place to stay. It was fun to to our family movie night there which made us feel at home. We learned that breakfast places in the area have a long wait so we recommend eating breakfast in the apartment before you head out or plan to leave early.

Summary: Our family spent a day in Boston and a day in Cape Ann on a whale watching trip. We also spent several days exploring beaches and local sites. It was nice to be able to do our laundry and cook some meals. The location was conveniently located. Thanks!

Summary: We made our trip to Massachusetts to check out Salem over Halloween weekend. What a fun time. Parking was the only challenge. Fabios place is just a short trip to Salem or nearby little towns, with so much history to learn from. We loved our stay.

Summary: We stayed for 4 days and had a nice little apartment to ourselves. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need, close to the beaches and the grocery store. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: Can’t beat the location given everything is a short drive away. The property was very cozy and clean upon arrival and peaceful in the evenings. Plenty of towels and bedsheets and Fabio always answers your messages when needed. Anyone who has given anything less than 5 stars in our opinion is a stuck up prude. DON’T WAIT, JUST BOOK IT! Thanks again, we will be back in a little while.
