Summary: Clean property in a quiet neighborhood.

Summary: Wi-Fi did not work for approximately one week. Instead of sending a technician that specializes in fixing this problem, they sent the cleaning lady. Finally, after about a week a technician showed up and I had to be present at the property for as long as it took to fix the problem which began with a wire outside. Also, I noticed the modems were outdated and asked the technician to install new ones which he did. The Wi-Fi was in perfect order after that. I felt extremely unsafe because since the Wi-Fi didn’t work, this meant cameras didn’t either. The kitchen window in front had half a curtain on it which allowed anyone to look into the house at all hours if they chose! The main bedroom had a very uncomfortable bed that was nearly broken. I’d never stay at that property again. I felt as though I did their job in waiting for the technician to fix the Wi-Fi. I asked for a refund or even a partial refund and was flat out told no. There was No real reason as to why I couldn’t cancel or receive a refund. This was a terrible experience!

Summary: House was really beautiful, very cozy really close to a shopping area, fast food. What I loved about was that each room had a pull out couch so the kids had there own bed even had the cousins stay over and they had there own pull out. Totally recommend this house for large families.
