Summary: The house was perfectly cleaned and just right for our family gathering over Labor Day. Plenty of room and a lovely well appointed kitchen with a great porch looking over the golf course. Close to the marina and other family that lives in the area.

Summary: Great kitchen and spaces. Just know the 3rd master bedroom is downstairs only accessible by the elevator. Good supplies for a baby and it would be nice if they also had a baby gate to keep a toddler from escaping up the very cool spiral staircase to the loft. Overall EXCELLENT. Plus the kitchen had all the equipment you will need if you are a gourmet chef! They thought of everything. St. Simons Island was awesome.

Summary: The house was great! It had plenty of room and lots of amenities in the kitchen. The only issues were the loft bed did not have any blankets and the third full bedroom was in the garage. The pictures were accurate but the location away from the other rooms was not clearly noted. Our teens stayed in the garage room but the door didn’t close all the way. Besides these things we really enjoyed this location.

Summary: The main floor is beautiful, but they don’t tell you that the only access to the bottom floor is the elevator which was broken during our stay. So the only way to get access is to go outside, down the stairs and around the side. The bottom floor is also a garage with the 3rd bedroom in there so it has a window unit which also wasn’t working. 90+ degrees in there and extremely muggy. However, the Vacasa agent I communicated with was very polite. The back deck is nice overlooking the golf course. Could have been a very pleasant stay if the issues would have been repaired.

Summary: Overall the home was great, well appointed and quaint. While the home and location were great for us, Important to note, it's about 15-20 minutes from "town". A note for the cleaning team, and heads up to future guests. We did find a good amount of mold in the countertop ice maker and coffee maker water reservoir. Additionally not all bathrooms were clean when we arrived, it's an easy fix for the cleaning crew and easy watchout for future guests. We didn't let this impact our stay, so overall we give it 4 stars.

Summary: This place was wonderful! I told all of our guest I will 10/10 be renting this place again! I recommend finding a golf cart rental to enjoy the beautiful neighborhood! There are plenty to pick from! Friendly neighbors and wonderful golf course views! I will be back!
