Summary: The reception at Well Timed was awesome- they spoke great English and they were able to make recommendations on places to eat and places to visit. They even printed us a map and drew routes on how to get to the locations. The Wifi was one of the best we had during our stay in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Ao Nang, Lanta and Phi Phi. The A/C worked great and it didn't get really humid when we left our room, like it did at our places in Thailand. We were provided with towels, shower gel and shampoo. They had a safe box to place your valuables. There was soft drinks and water for purchase in the lobby which was nice. We were able to have the hotel set up a taxi to the airport for us for only 350 THB!
