Negative: Curtains were closed at breakfast restaurant although the view to the golf field is amazing!

Positive: Nicely decorated room, although very small, good quality food and kind personnel at the restaurant, they made a geste at the check out because we did not have hot water to shower the evening before ( thanks to Barbara and the elderly gentleman at the reception)
Negative: Terrible attitude of the girl at the reception at check in: after being surprised that in a wellness hotel they ask you to pay extra to access the swimming pool, and after showing her the booking page of the hotel where they reply to a client that the accès to wellness is included, she almost shouts at me saying the hotel policy has changed recently and I should not read outdated info …. We booked the half board, we got a stater and main course and they asked us to pay extra for dessert… we found out there is a technical problem with the hot water when taking the shower, had to wait until midnight and than insist to get another room in order to shower…
Summary: Definitely not a 5 star hotel

Positive: Great location, nice wellness area and procedures, some of the employees were nice and helpful, especially the older gentlemen behind the desk.
Negative: Many small details - majority of the staff lacking the proper communication training, below average (hostel/motel) breakfasts - not even close to a 5* level, not very cozy restaurant equipped as a meeting room on a conference.
Summary: Hotel in a great location with a potential to be a very good wellness retreat if they manage to tune the details up
